I have an upcoming stay at a GHA DISCOVERY hotel. Why isn't it appearing on ghadiscovery.com or the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app?
At this time, only upcoming stays booked on ghadiscovery.com or on the GHA DISCOVERY app are visible in our channels. If you booked directly with one of our hotel brands, you can use your GHA DISCOVERY login credentials to sign in on the respective brand website to see your upcoming stay information.
You can see all your past stay information and earned credit and DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) in your member dashboard on ghadiscovery.com and the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app.
