GHA DISCOVERY Membership and Benefits

What are the different membership levels of GHA DISCOVERY and the associated benefits?
GHA DISCOVERY offers four membership levels that members can achieve through eligible nights stayed, brands stayed or eligible spend. Each level allows members to earn DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) — the programme’s rewards currency —  providing increasingly enhanced stay benefits. Status and rewards are recognised at over 850 GHA DISCOVERY hotels across 100 countries.

- Earn 4% back in D$ (with 12-month expiration)
- Save 10% or more with Member Rates

- Complimentary Wi-Fi
 
Titanium
- Earn 7% back in D$ (with 24-month expiration)
- Save 10% or more with Member Rates
- Partner benefits 
- Early check-in from 11am upon availability
- Late check-out until 4pm upon availability
- Double room upgrade upon availability
- Guaranteed reservations if booked at least two days in advance upon availability
- Welcome Amenity
- Brand benefits  
- Complimentary breakfast at participating brands  
- Access to Local Offers and Experiences
- Ability to share Titanium status with one member

How can I join GHA DISCOVERY, and is there a fee?
Joining GHA DISCOVERY is simple and free. To become  a member, complete the online enrolment form and accept the programme Terms and Conditions. Membership is available to any individual over 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher) who resides in a jurisdiction where participation in the GHA DISCOVERY Programme is legally permitted. Provide valid and accurate personal information, including your email address, during the enrolment process.

What are Brand benefits?
Additional Brand benefits are exclusive to Titanium level members staying at a hotel within the GHA DISCOVERY collection. These benefits vary between brands and are designed to provide unique and enhanced experiences that reflect each brand's distinctive character. As a result, the specific benefits offered at one  brand may differ from those available at another. These additional perks are intended to elevate your stay, ensuring a memorable and personalised experience at each participating hotel.

Do you issue GHA DISCOVERY membership cards?
We do not issue physical membership cards. Instead, we offer several digital options for your convenience. Log into your member profile on our website or the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app to view, download, or save your membership card to your digital wallet.

You can also find your GHA DISCOVERY member number at the top of all our email communications. This number should be included on your reservations to ensure you are recognised as a member and receive all applicable benefits

How can I view my account status?
Your member dashboard is your one-stop shop for account information. You can access it by signing into your online account or by downloading and opening the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app.
 
Once you’re in, you’ll have access to your:
 
- Status and benefits
- D$ balance and transaction history
- Reservations history and upcoming stays booked directly with GHA DISCOVERY
- Stay preferences
- Communication preferences

Can I buy a Local Offer or an Experience for my friend or family member?

Turn To enjoy Local Offers and Experiences, you must be a member of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme. Some offers can be enjoyed by members and additional guests. Please review the Terms & Conditions on the respective Local Offers or Experiences to see if they allow you to bring someone along. You can book the offer using your GHA DISCOVERY membership account and redeem it with your guest if permitted.

Do you offer status sharing?
Yes, status sharing is a benefit of our Titanium membership. 

If you have earned Titanium status, you will be eligible to share your status with a guest of your choosing once per year for every year that you meet the Titanium qualifications.
 
Your selected guest will need to be a GHA DISCOVERY member. If they are not already a member, they can join here.

How do I share my Titanium status?
To take advantage of your Titanium status-sharing benefit, simply log into your online account and navigate to the Membership Details tab.

Click on the “Share Status” button underneath your membership card and follow the directions in the details box.

I have Titanium status, but don’t see the option to share my status. Why not?
The status-sharing benefit is available to Titanium members who have qualified through one of three earning methods: nights, spend, or brand stays. 

If you received Titanium status through a partnership or brand offer, were a recipient of a shared status, or through another method without meeting the status qualifications, you will need to meet the status earning criteria to access the sharing benefit. However, you may still enjoy the other benefits of your Titanium status.

I received Titanium status through status sharing. Do I get all the same benefits?
Yes, you are entitled to all the stay benefits and rewards offered to Titanium members. However, you can only share your status with another member if you have met the qualifications for Titanium status.  

You'll need to meet the status qualifications to maintain your Titanium status after the initial sharing period.
