This cooking class designed for our valued members is an excellent way to discover Fiji's local food culture. It will take you on an adventure of learning traditional Fijian recipes, including the famous conventional Kokoda (ceviche) and other traditional dishes like Bani Vakalolo (buns baked in coconut cream), Baigani Tavu with Miti (open fire-roasted eggplant with fresh coconut milk) and waitomtom (open fire-grilled fresh fish served with brine water).
