Converting Klarna Cashback Points to DISCOVERY Dollars
Terms and Conditions
This Offer is available to the Klarna Membership subscribers who are also members of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme (“Eligible Klarna Members”), allowing them to convert their Klarna Membership Cashback points (“Klarna Membership Cashback”) into DISCOVERY Dollars (“D$”) starting 24 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
D$ is the reward currency of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme; they are reward points and are not a legal currency in any territory; they do not have intrinsic value. D$ can be used towards the payment of eligible stay charges at any GHA DISCOVERY hotel or at the restaurants of The Wolseley Hospitality Group in London, with each D$ being equivalent to a credit of USD 1 against eligible charges. D$ cannot be redeemed on ineligible charges, such as taxes, tips, fees, or rates booked through Online Travel Agents or Wholesalers. D$ cannot be exchanged for cash.
The D$ conversion transactions are hosted on the Klarna mobile app. The Klarna Membership Cashback transfer rate is determined solely by Klarna.
Once the Klarna Membership Cashback is successfully submitted for conversion to D$, the D$ issued will be reflected instantly in the GHA DISCOVERY membership accounts of Eligible Klarna Members. Once Klarna Membership Cashback is converted into D$, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
D$ received under this Offer are subject to a limited expiry term of 12 months from the date of issuance. The minimum amount of D$ required in each Klarna Points transaction is D$10, with increments of D$5 thereafter. The maximum daily limit for exchanging Klarna Points is D$1,000, either in a single transaction or multiple transactions.

As the operator of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme, Global Hotel Alliance reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time at its sole discretion and decline this Offer in case of any breach of its Terms and Conditions or of the GHA DISCOVERY programme rules. The Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
