“Off the Menu” is a bartender-led cocktail flight showcasing what our bar team is truly excited about right now. Each tasting includes three to four mini cocktails: a beloved classic with a twist, a current seasonal creation, and a bartender’s personal favourite - and sometimes even an off-the-cuff experiment you won’t find anywhere else. Alongside each pour, you’ll get the backstory, the inspiration, and the occasional secret technique. Light bites accompany the flight.
