Discover the secrets of Piran's unique Fonda sea bass and explore their bio-fish farm, the only one of its kind in the Adriatic region dealing with breeding the best-farmed fish in the world. A transfer will take you to the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park. There, you will take a guided boat tour and hear about the history behind their product and the family. You will partake in a degustation of sea bass carpaccio made in front of you. After the tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel.
