●    The Status Extension Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time offer available to GHA DISCOVERY Members whose membership status at the time of this Promotion is Platinum or Titanium and who have been invited by GHA DISCOVERY to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members”). Members whose status with GHA DISCOVERY at the time of this Promotion is below Platinum or Titanium or who have not received the invitation to participate in the Promotion directly from GHA DISCOVERY will not be considered eligible for this Promotion (“Non-eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members”). The Status Extension Promotion is not transferable, meaning Eligible Members cannot purchase a Status Extension for another Member. The Status Extension Promotion allows purchase of the extension of the current tier, meaning Eligible Members cannot purchase an upgrade to a higher tier.

●    The Promotion is valid from 7th December 2023 until 27th December 2023 (“Promotional Period”), during which Eligible Members can purchase the extension of their GHA DISCOVERY status. The new status validity after the purchase will be 31st December 2024. The “Share Status” benefit does not apply to the new status. 

●    In addition to the Status Extension, Eligible Members will receive a DISCOVERY Dollar gift (D$) according to their transaction. The promotional D$ are valid for 12 months from the date of awarding. DISCOVERY Dollars are a reward currency; they are not a legal currency in any territory and do not have any intrinsic value. D$ can be used towards the payment of stay charges at any GHA DISCOVERY hotel, with each D$ being equivalent to a credit of USD 1 against the stay charges. D$ cannot be exchanged for cash. 

●    The Status Extension transaction is hosted on a partner platform, Points.com, with transaction and payment processing Terms and Conditions available here. Once successfully submitted, the Eligible Member will receive a transaction confirmation email immediately. Status Extension purchases cannot be reversed or refunded. 

●    Both the Status Extension and D$ gift will be reflected on the Eligible Member’s GHA DISCOVERY account within ten (10) business days from the date of the transaction and will be confirmed by email once processed. ●    The GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme is governed by Terms and Conditions that can be found here and a Privacy Policy that can be found here

●    Global Hotel Alliance may modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and has the right to decline this Promotion in case of any breach of its Terms and Conditions or the GHA DISCOVERY Programme Rules. The Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
