Terms and Conditions
 

  • The Status Extension promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time offer available to Platinum GHA DISCOVERY Members who have been invited to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members”). Members whose status with GHA DISCOVERY at the time of this Promotion is not Platinum and who have not received the invitation to participate will not be considered eligible for this Promotion (“Non-eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members”). The Promotion is not transferable, meaning Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members cannot purchase a status extension for another Member. The Promotion allows the purchase of the extension of the current tier, meaning Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members cannot purchase an upgrade to a higher tier.
     
  • The Promotion is valid from 9 December 2025 until 30 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”), both dates inclusive, during which Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members can purchase the extension of their GHA DISCOVERY status. The new status's validity after the purchase will be 31 December 2026. 
     
  • In addition to the status extension, Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members will receive a DISCOVERY Dollar gift (“D$ Gift”) according to their transaction. The promotional D$ are valid for 12 months from the date of awarding. DISCOVERY Dollars (“D$”) are a reward currency of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme; they are not a legal currency in any territory; they do not have any intrinsic value. D$ can be used towards the payment of stay charges at any GHA DISCOVERY hotel or at restaurants of The Wolseley Hospitality Group in London, with each D$ being equivalent to a credit of USD 1 against eligible charges. D$ cannot be redeemed on ineligible charges, such as taxes, tips, fees, or rates booked through Online Travel Agents or Wholesalers. D$ cannot be exchanged for cash.
     
  • The status extension transactions are hosted on a partner platform, Points.com, with the transaction and payment processing Terms and Conditions available here. Once successfully submitted and processed, Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members will receive a transaction confirmation email immediately. Status extension purchases cannot be reversed or refunded.
     
  • The D$ Gift will be reflected on the membership account of Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members immediately after purchase. The status upgrade will be reflected on the Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Member’s account within ten business days from the transaction date.   • The GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme is governed by Terms and Conditions, which can be found here, and a Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
     
  • As the operator of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme, Global Hotel Alliance reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion and decline this Promotion in case of any breach of its Terms and Conditions or of the GHA DISCOVERY programme rules. The Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
     
  • If you are a Minor DISCOVERY Member, your loyalty programme membership falls within the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, S.A. with CIF: A-28027944, address at Calle Santa Engracia n.º 120, 28003 Madrid, Spain, and Data Protection Officer (DPO), which you can contact through the following email: [email protected].
