GHA's 20th Anniversary - DISCOVERY Dollar Hunt promotion is available to all eligible members of the GHA DISCOVERY Programme. By taking part in this Promotion, all persons participating therein (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by the promotion rules. This promotion is subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.

How to enter:

1. Follow @ghadiscovery on Instagram.
2. Solve the clues provided on the social media post and find the related Instagram posts from June.
3. Comment on the post with your answers (the specific posts and dates).
4. Tag a friend who loves to travel in your comment.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• To participate, you must be a registered member of GHA DISCOVERY. If you haven’t signed up yet, click here to join!
• Participants must be aged 18 and above as of the start of the promotional period.
• The competition is open to all individual members who are not prohibited by any law, entity, or authority from participating.
• Employees of Global Hotel Alliance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

2. Promotion Period:

• Participation date: 8th July 2024 - 17th July 2024.
• Submission of entries must be made within the Promotion Period.
• Submission of entries must be received by no later than 23:59 hours (GMT+4) on 17th July 2024.

3. Prizes:

• 20 lucky winners will each receive D$200.

4. Award Issuance:

• DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) will be credited into members’ accounts directly within 7 business days from the winners' announcement date: 24th July 2024.
• DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• D$ can be used towards the payment of eligible stay charges at any GHA DISCOVERY hotel, with each D$ being equivalent to a credit of USD 1 against the stay charges.
• D$ cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or exchanged for other forms of compensation.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 business days from the announcement date.
• Winners must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Terms:

• General program T&Cs apply.
• Global Hotel Alliance may modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and has the right to decline this Promotion in case of any breach of its Terms and Conditions or the GHA DISCOVERY Programme Rules.
• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
• GHA reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the Promotion Rules or any other applicable law or regulation.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• By entering the competition, participants agree that GHA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their respective parent companies, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the competition or the use/misuse of the prize awarded.

8. Privacy:

• Participants consent to the use by GHA of their personal information for feedback, promotional, and marketing purposes.
• The collection, use and disclosure of such personal data shall be subject to the GDPR and governed by the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which can be found at: Privacy Policy | GHA DISCOVERY Loyalty.

9. Governing Law and Arbitration:

• Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this competition shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre - London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA) Arbitration Centre.
• The arbitration will be conducted in English, with a single arbitrator and held in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

10. Property Rights Reserved:

• Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this competition are the property of their respective owners.
