GHA DISCOVERY 2025 Travel Survey

Terms & Conditions

The GHA DISCOVERY 2025 Travel Survey (the "Survey") applies to all GHA DISCOVERY members who completed the Survey between 7th October and 13th October 2024 23:59 GST.

To participate in the Survey, participants must be members of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme and must have accepted the GHA DISCOVERY programme Terms and Conditions​ and the Privacy Policy.

Each member will be rewarded with a D$10 gift after successfully completing the Survey and filling in the required details from the Survey link provided, limited to one D$10 gift per membership account, and limited solely to the intended recipients of the Survey email.

• Only GHA DISCOVERY members who joined the programme prior to 1st September 2024 and received the email invitation to participate are eligible. It cannot be forwarded for completion by other individuals. 
• The DISCOVERY Dollar (D$) gifts will be applied to the GHA DISCOVERY membership accounts provided by Survey participants by 31st October 2024. If a membership number is not provided or incorrectly entered, the D$ gift cannot be applied. If the Survey is not completed during the eligible period, D$ will not be applied.
• These promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of six (6) months from the date of issuance and are excluded from the Base D$ expiration rules.

This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated and is subject to availability. D$ are not redeemable for cash.

Data Handling and Privacy

By participating in this Survey, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your responses and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will treat all information provided by you with the utmost confidentiality. Your responses will be aggregated and anonymised, and individual responses will not be publicly disclosed. Your personal information, if collected, will only be used for the purposes of this Survey, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.

Please note that while we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your data, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. 

Your participation in this Survey is voluntary, and you may opt out of participating. If you wish to withdraw your responses or have your personal information removed from our records, please notify us in writing, and we will promptly take the necessary steps to comply with your request.

If you are a resident of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), you should be aware that by completing this Survey your personal information will be exported outside the PRC, in accordance with the terms of the GHA Privacy Policy for Chinese residents, which can be found here. By participating in this Survey, you are confirming your consent to this export of your personal data, in accordance with the Policy.
